This was already a problem in cata/mop and was somewhat mitigated by implementing a spell queue system, but it doesn't help that much. Especially now with 2.5k people online during the day.

The latency difference between romanian and other players is huge, had this confirmed long time ago with a romanian friend. For me, interface shows ~50 ms ping all the time, but reality is different - it feels closer to 500 ms. Using romanian VPN helps a little bit, but the overhead of passing connection through another server makes it not worth using either.

Is there something that can be done on your side, to fix this problem? For example moving servers to other country with good reputation of hosting servers.

Server is not hosted in Romania anymore since half an year now... I think the actual issue comes from the core, needs more optimizations but this is the hardest part to do, you can't know what's wrong / what causes this

I see, good to know it can be resolved with software optimization. Mind sharing where the server is located now? Also, mop server was moved as well?

All servers were moved (mop, legion, sites), northern europe

I feel delay only when server has 2k+ players online , maybe thats the problem... So when server gets random DC or restart or crash or whatever , delay is gone for a period of time , and then comes back again.. And btw im from Serbia which is not that far from Romania and if i have delay here then i think Romanian players should have the same... It was all good on MoP , server there runs really smoothly , but on Legion i dont know .. Myb your server cant stand so many players at the same time online , im not expert for servers , i just think thats possibilty..

Optimizations will be made in time. Our technician has to find the reason of the delay to optimize it first. The number of people doesn't necessarily impact straight the latency. If you speak about the delay felt after the server crashes and 2000-3000 people log in within the same 2-3 minutes, that's expected. Ping from UK (and UK has bad network infrastructure) is around 30 when the server is loaded.

I want to ensure you that every ban is always followed by a proper reason. If you wake up in a situation where your account is banned, feel free to make a proper post under Unban Request.
Do not forget to bring the necessary evidence to appeal GMs decision.

No im saying that server is good with delay after restart or crash , but after some time its kinda annoying , i made one post about it at Demon Hunter section but i think its latency issue not spell. For example , when i use Fel Rush and server has delay at that time , Fel Rush does nothing... You can see animation where you standing but not damage or rush foward... I hope you will soon find out what is causing this , i thought that this is just me but after my guildmates told me that they have same problem i made post here..

Yes, they are, this doesn't have anything to do with the host, but something clogs up the server. Yes, main issue is number of players, but as mentioned after a restart it's ok (even if there are many online), so it has something to do with time passing / memory piling up. Still looking into this, always did...

Ye i think you are right , i was online last night at 00:00 server time and latency was gone , there were 1000-1500 players online... So it has to be with numbers of players online at the same time...
