[FIXED] [Trinket] Spiked Counterweight

Bug description: It Should increases your DPS by 3.45% at most, only getting worse as your DPS increases. This doesn't count the haste or the direct damage which procs 0.92 times every minute, which deals a varying amount based on the trinkets IL. atm on freakz the trink is oonly making arround 100 k on a full fight , Also when the second effect of the trink Triggers he "sometimes" (most of the time 8/10) show's up as a debuff on the player himself and not on the target .

About the debuff showing on the player part, that's because of Bloodthirst. It procs from the healing part of Bloodthirst and so it affects the warrior. (There was a similar bug at the beginning of MoP, Victory Rush heal would apply Blood bath dot & slow on yourself)
