[FIXED] [Paladin] [Protection] Scatter the Shadows (Artifact Trait)

Bug description: This trait does not work at all. It is supposed to increase the heal of Light/Hand of Proecttor by %6/12/18 (up to 36 if you have related relics) but it simply has no affect on the spell.
Proof:

I have 4 traits on Scatter trait which is %24 increase on the self heal:

I use the self heal when I have %50 hp. Hand of the Protector base healing is %30 of the missing HP. If you stand on consecration it increases the healing by %20. That makes it %36. With 4 artifact trait it should be %45 of my missing health. But as you can see it heals me to from %50 HP to %68 hp. That is exactly%36 of my missing health which means the trait has no affect on the self heal at all:

Also I forgot to mention that even though the trait only says "Light of the Protector" it also applies to Hand of the Protector too. (Hand replaces Light with a talent choice).
