[FIXED] [demon hunter][havoc] Fel Erruption is doing too much damage in pvp

it's doing way to much damage in instanced pvp.
the screenshot was from a bg.
this spell is doing at least double the damage that it should.

Idk what happend but on ptr was working good...some spells got reverse back when live come up.

yeah ..I know
at some point the damage was bugged but it was fixed on ptr.
now it's bugged again.
