Bug description: Leech Not nerfed in pvp as intended with the soul rending talent they have 100% leech in pvp combat/instances atm which is supposed to be 40%.
Proof: I couldn't find official blizzard change log for this but its confirmed by retail players and blizz forums. Here is what happens in a duel on freakz.. http://imgur.com/a/CCAYp this is a major issue in pvp making demon hunters too strong please take a look and fix

so practically with soul rending in Metamorphosis a DH should have 40% leech in pvp

Simply in pvp instances 60% of leech while metamorphosis is active should be reduced. That makes 12% leech without soul rending AND 40% leech with soul rending(talent) after applying the 60% nerf. Thanks to link given by @raven3 which clarified it for me. Currently demon hunters are doing op burst along with heals in pvp and fix is important for the pvp players please take further look. Thank you.

As long as you have Principles of War on you, pvp modifiers are active (during duels, they don't activate).

I am sorry, but I don't consider this to be any important, as you are only talking about duels. Duels are broken on retail too, because of the lack of modifiers/templates. Don't worry, while in instanced pvp, all modifiers are working as intended.

Mhmm that makes sense it would have been good if pvp templates worked in duels too, but blizz itself wont focus on world pvp, guess thats it. Thanks for taking a look into my report, guess deny this now
