Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :
Single target heal - lifebloom ,Rejuvenation 2x , Swiftmend + regrowth (try to reapply hots and spam regrowth (mostly with swiftmend))
Multi target heal - at least one rejuvenation on each group member , Swiftmend + Wild growth , Essence of Ghanir + Tranquility (burst)

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use? : yes I do , I am looking at youtube videos where they explain tactics on each boss (FatbossTV)

Current Raiding Experience? : EN - nm(7/7) , Hc(7/7) (Monster-wow legions server)

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : Opener, start with full moon and then pop racial and celestial alignment, starsurge, go into lunar strike, solar wrath. Basically keep empowerments up at all times, keep dots up, if pure single target, with solar wrath and lunar strike.
If mythic dungeon, clearing trash, dot all with moonfire, wait for stack cast new moon, half moon then sunfire, then starfall and cast lunar strike till starfall again, then reapply dots, starfall, full moon, then rinse and repeat.
Basically, keep 100% uptime on dots if mobs have collective health pool of 10m. Cast lunar strike as filler for stacked mobs, solar wrath for filler on single target.

Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use?
I check fatbossTV guides mainly.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance :As a demo lock i start with doom while using racial (orc racial) then start using demonbolts till i get my dreadstalkers proc , afterwards i summon my greaters demons , use hand of gul'dan and empower all of them , after i reach 12+ demons i use thal'kiels consumption and then mostly rinse and repeat
Do you research boss fights in advance ? If so, what source of information do you use?: well yes mostly from youtube guides including fatboss TV channel or i am just reading what to dodge via the Adventure guide
Current Raiding Experience? :in legion only Ursoc and Nythrenda on normal
A few words about you : I am a romanian who tries to find a guild which is looking for mostly a family type guild with jokes , friendly insults and so on. If someone wants me to progress further then i will try my best to do so. Also i am 25 years old and working so i wont be 24/7 but i try my best to be online when needed.

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : As a pally I do interstand my papper as DPS but also as a suport class, so I keep in mind CDs like Lay on hands and Blessing of protection to save a raid member. Now, my DPS rotation, always keep up Divine hammer and Execution Sentence (or Consacration if multiple target). If Divine purpose pops: Using justicar´s vengence (or divine storm if multiple target), if not keep generating holy power with divine hammer and Zeal to fill Execution sentence if avilable or templar veredict. Oh and always before a holy spender power keep judgemet up. Do use wake of ashes when avilable to fill holy power.

Current Raiding Experience? : Raid: EN heroic Nythendra and Ursoc. Dungeon: Mythic 3 NL. And Mythic 5 DHT

Well i highly prefer protection spec since thats my main and my game is based around high self sustain and active dmg mitigation so i mostly tend to use Hand of protector when im low and healer is busy keeping other people alive but i also step up and help out with healing too.My active mitigation spells i use when bosses are about to hit hard or on tough aoe attacks when whole raid is about to take dmg so healers dont need to pay attention on me at all.And ofcourse on mob packs i look to do as much CC as i can and interupt dangerous spells (which are possible to interupt ofc.).
My current item lvl is 834 18% Versatility 15% Mastery 13 % haste 7% Crit strike
Yes i look for boss abilites and fight mechanics before raids always and i look on dungeon journal and YT.
My previous server was Monster wow and there i had progress: EN nm 4/7 EN hc 3/7

Explain your rotation and how you maximize your performance : As blood, I start by putting blood plague on the targets along with death and decay. Then, I get my bone shield to 5 stacks and from there it differs from single to multi. Single I just use heart strike and death strike. Multi I spam heartstrike/blood boil. As frost, I pop pillar of frost, put frost plague on, then spam obliterate and use howling blast when it procs.

Yes, I do research fights. I usually use Method's guides since they are very good, but if I cant find a guide on it I usually go to wowhead and look in the videos section. There is usually someone who explains the fight pretty well.
Current Raiding Experience? : I cleared ToT HC and SoO Normal on MoP Freakz. I also cleared Mythic HFC on retail.
A few words about you : I'm 16, and have been playing WoW for as long as I can remember. It was my first ever computer game, back when it was Vanilla but I had 0 clue what I was doing. It was only pretty recently I got into raiding and so far I love it. Hoping I can join your guild and get better and better.
