Bug description: Mythic + dungeons doesn't drop the correct loot for example in my case from EoA+5 i got an mythic 5 item with 840 ilvl and my friend got 850 ilvl item.

Bug description: NL (mythic)+2 Loor fix cause droped me shoulders with 835ilvl instead of 845ilvl
