[REJECTED] The Item Level of the Weekly Chest Reward is Bugged

Bug description: The item ilvl of the item you get from your weekly class hall chest does not increase correctly. Last week it was working fine though. I completed a level 6 mythic+ and got a 865 arane relic (ss below) which is fine. This week even though I completed a level 10 mythic+, I got a level 870 item while it should have been 880. A guildie of mine said he got 855 in the chest even though he completed a mythic 6 this week, which means the ilvl of the items are 10 ilvl short.
