[REJECTED] Mythic+ Item Level Bug - Scaling

Bug description:
A fellow guildie told me that this bug has been reported on, but I feel it is necessary to show the extent once again. Long story short,
Mythic+ items are bugged when it comes to Item Level and stats. Mythic 5 may yield 850 item level when it should be 860, if following the 5 item level
increments of each mythic plus.

In the link provided, I show how I received a mythic 2 item that has lower stats than a mythic normal item. Also I have an SS of a mythic 4 item that is 850 rather than 855.
840+ - Mythic normal
845 - Mythic 2
850 - Mythic 3
855 - Mythic 4
860 - Mythic 5
... And so on. This is how a proper Item level increment would look.

Please fix this ASAP.
