[REJECTED] Guild member promotions

Bug description: I am the guild master of my guild, whenever I want to promote any of the other members in my guild to a higher rank, I can only promote them to Guild Master, and not any of the other ranks that are pre-specified for the guild in the ranking structure.
Proof: I can't paste my picture to this post, won't allow me to, and I don't have an imgur.com account.

Yes I still do, any ranking upgrade that I wanna do still gives me the only option of promoting them to guild master

Unfortunately I can't reproduce the bug. Tried it on the play char, and different 3 GM chars. Seems to work fine at me.
