Bug description: Not working vs Shaman's hex. It could be more spells, but for now i know about hex only
Proof: It can be easely tested

Obviously it doesn't work against hex. Read tooltip: "triggering when the enemy next spends MANA on a spell"

Hex has no cost at all (no manacost, or maelstrom, nothing). DS can only trigger against spells that use mana.

I can force enable to work with hex, but I need a proof from retail that it should work against hex as well.
