Bug description:
Bug 1: NPCs around Arcane Coils should attack you like any other hostile NPC when you get close to them, however as long as you just activate coils without attacking them, they will stand still.

Bug 2: NPC which ends quest - Chief Telemancer Oculeth - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=102142&&name=chief-telemancer-oculeth should only be visible while quests Network Security and Close Enough - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40830&&name=close-enough are about to be done in Nightfallen faction questline. Before and after those 2 quests - he should be invisible to everyone.

Was just trying to complete this one and can't talk to occuleth, i get the order to kill get her to 10% and try to talk to occuleth but dont get the teleport option.
Tried 4 or 5 times now, cleared cache and all before trying.
For the last attempt i was trying to talk to occuleth all along the quest, to see if the option would appear sooner but... no luck.
Seen ppl with the same bug and seen some other just disappearing so it seems to be working for them, but for me its bugged.

This is also bugged for me. Tried several times, but after killing, 10%, Oculeth should port me back up, but never does. this quest has worked on my other characters, but not my Hunter.

Need faction to be friendly. Need to complete this quest.
