[DUPLICATE] Uniting the isles (disapeared from quest log)

Bug description: "Uniting the isles" quest doesnt show up on quest log anymore.

After i finish leveling all the 5 factions to friendly, cant even turn it in on kadghar, even though he shows the quest like i got it but it wasnt finished. So i cant turn in or even abandon since i cant see it in the log.

I dont know when it disapeared from log since i didnt noticed until i was barely finish with the reputations.
