Bug description: Multiple bugs. First of all it should add the duration to it, not just refresh.
Second it should proc from Necrotic Strike
Proof: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/156208781 as you can see here, at min 11.30 unholy frenzy goes from 10 sec to 12. and he`s just spaming necrotic strikes(you can see what spells he is spamming)
