How it should be: Diminishing Return should not affect earthfury
Proof: Can't take screenshot of a 2second debuff + diminishing returns

there is no up to date post available for us to check if it is affected by it or not...

however, in this website: http://dr-wow.com/
the earthfury is not listed.

P.S. i think it should be affected by "diminishing returns" .... because it needs a full 100 maelstrom to stun the target... getting 100 maelstrom needs some time, which will automatically reduce diminishing returns.

if you were able to pull off 2 earthshock with 100 maelstrom in less than 8 seconds, you are special, and also, you dont know how to play elemental.

a large amount of maelstrom should be invested in frostshock flameshock and earthquake.

by managing the maelstrom properly, you can avoid hitting the diminishing returns.

I don't have time to browse youtube but just google it a little bit (at least) before posting.
