[REJECTED] Bolstering Affix

Bug description: ?////////// there should be a 45 yard activation range between adds and the npc's that are not in combat should not gain bolstering at all. this affix is currently not doable on higher keys in the current state.

critters should not trigger bolstering

neutral monsnters should not bolster hostile ones and vice-versa

the death of 1 npc should only give 1 stack of bolstering to nearby enemies, it currently gives 2 stacks

(you can see clearly that mobs around dont get buff (mana wyrms for example)

With the current state of bolstering, this affix is definetly a nono. I don't even bother with lvl4 bolstering keystones. Please, if it will take you some time to fix this at least consider to remove the affix from the game until you make it work properly.
