Bug description: It says that i must kill 7 horde NPCs or 7 horde players but here it wants also horde players

I was doin the same quest in Highmountains and it normally worked for me

This is a big problem for me, i'm stuck with this pvp quest that rewards me honor marks but can't complete because there are never horde players there.

when you go the pvp WQ area npc will appear you can kill them and complete the quest
