Uhm it's obviously not implemented , usualy they implement stuff like warforge at the end of a patch ( I.E. Thunderforged in ToT and Warforged in SoO ) . Although it would be a good idea to add this since some of the content in legion is based around having titan and warforged items i doubt they will implement it

The upgrade item chance on this server is 0% or not implemented .

Its rly important to set it to High prio. As PvP player you cant get higher ilvl then 830 atm. The distance between PvE and PvP becomes too high. Every Item collected in Legion content has a chance to get War or Titanforged

System is already being worked on, please stop spamming this topic if you don't have NEW info about the mechanic, especially with useless arguments like

When system will be live, BOTH pvp and pve ilvls will increase, distance between them will be the same

Warforged / Titanforged system has been implemented for all sources (quests / world quests, emissaries, dungeons, raids, world bosses, mythic+, PvP weekly quests/random drops, rares, etc)
