PVP 35+ Traits Enabled ??

Im wondering if the traits after 35 are working in instanced pvp for wow Freakz 7.1.5. any information would be helpful thanks

on PTR they said that 35+ traits are not working in pvp

And they shouldn't working, like on blizz.

actually on blizz they were live in 7.1.5 that's why im wondering
