[DUPLICATE] Guild Vendor - Heirlooms Wrong ID

Bug description: All Heirlooms sold by the Guild Vendor sell the Heirlooms with the old ID before WoD when upgrading of heirlooms was introduced. Included Preened Wildfeather Leggings but this is for all heirlooms in guild vendor.
