I confirm. This talent does not work correctly.
Sometimes it works, but even more often it does not work. The problem is present for pve and pvp.
Sadly, I'm not able to determine why, sometimes, it does not work.

Sorry, my interface is in french, but as you can see, I just died and my Divine shield didn't activated and it is not on cooldown (11th spell of the main bar)

Made significant modifications to this, it should be working perfectly after the next restart, but I don't want to close this just yet. Please give me feedback.

Also, please note that if there is anything that prevents divine shield to go off, you'll still die (carrying a flag in EotS, flag in WSG, cart in Deepwind Gorge, holding an Orb of Power in Kotmogu, etc)

Mmh, for me nothing has changed =/
It still happens in pvp and pve.
Maybe the talent does not activate during the GCD of another spell ?

Yea still happens, but not as frequently as before
I noticed that it goes off when i don't press any spells that cause GCD on Divine Shield

Sooo, the problem should come from the GCD

It is not about Global CD as you can see on this video made by me today 18th July 2017. No Global CD yet still Divine shield doesn't proc. Out of 5 arenas I have been to today - 2 times Divine shield proced, 3 times didn't making retribution paladin without this talent in arenas pretty much unplayable.

That's pretty close on the video. You die just at the end of the GCD. It's even a question of hundredth of seconds.
What do you think, @Quicksand ?
The GDC seemed to be a good track but i'm not sure anymore.

GCD was already over as next thing I did just before I died was pressing set focus on Gladius and it did set the focus just as I died.
