Bug description: When i got Lock and Load Proc ( 2 aimed free and instant ) and https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=190852 (wowhead link) procs too the free aimed it's countet as a shot from that spell ( legacy of the windrunners ) . Easy to test just get lock and load and Legacy of the windrunners trait and you will see .

Im having the same problem, its a decent amount of dps loss due to this, please fix ASAP.

i found another bug with l&l proc tho.. sometimes if you use aimed shot.. and you get a l&l proc while it channels.. it will consume 1 free proc.. instead of shooting the first for focus.. and then leaving 2 free procs for use after it.. i dont really have a proof for it.. but im sure there will be people who can back it up

First issue was L&L specific (proccing on Legacy of the Windrunners), but the second is something way more general (in case an aura that would modify the cast time of a spell procs while casting the same exact spell, it will no longer remove charges from the aura).

Fixed both.
