Bug description: Happened allready for a few wq for me. I was in the area, other people were doing it but mine did not pop up. I tried several relogs, deleting cache, reinstalling the launcher. Nothing happened.

Those two quests are currently affected by this problem but i have yesterday more(i did not check all i have):

More quests with this bug.

It look like it bugs only when the quest one popped up and you went for another quest because timer for respawn was too long. When you come back the quest won't pop up again.

I had same issue like u did, also emmisary quest wouldn't show up. So what i did was to clear all the quests in my questlog, after some server restart some other quest wich i lost pop up in the quest log, clear them also by passing time since i had lots of them and after all of that all is ok now everthing works fine, but no quest active in my questlog at the moment:D (also u can try abbandon them and relog+ a clear of cache folder, so u wont wait for a server restart or crash, but no ideea if it will work). Since all this happened of questlog i gues is some bugg reletated to it. Alo u can try this /run for i=1,GetNumQuestLogEntries() do SelectQuestLogEntry(i); SetAbandonQuest(); AbandonQuest(); end , to abbandon all quests, don't know if will work tho never tryed it.

i have the same problem. and on 2 chars of my account. everyday it pass more quests are getting bugged and also emissary didn't show up today.

I will try to do what you said...if it doesn't work i hope the staff can find a way to solve this

It happens when you are right in the world quest area before a server crash or deleting the "Cache" folder, after a disconnect right in the world quest area.
An error also occurs after disconnect to first login (WOW51900319) visible in the video below.

Confirmed, Actually the bug happens when you don't track the WQ manually (by clicking on it on the map)

Had the same problem,abandoned all quests in log and deleted the cache folder,for now everything is back to normal.Hope it stays that way.

To all those who have World quest Starting problem :

Abandon all your quests in ur quest log, Exit from wow , Delete Cache folder , and Launch wow..
It solves ur problem !

Cant replicate this problem WQ work always, they trigger when you move about in the area
