[DUPLICATE] Rupture Bug

WoW Freakz spell link: Rupture (rogue)
Bug description: Combo points used on rupture does not scale up its duration. You can check the proof and the patch notes that I've recorded from my blizzard account for 7.1.5. I saw a aimilar topic about rupture but I think the proof that the user used was incomplete, so I decided to make my own post.
