I already did. I have 100 Felblood in my bag. Still I can't complete. Plus, this "Demonic Improvement" quest still exist even I already abandoned it couple of times.

Have the same problem. Finished all quests up to "The Blood of Demons" and when I grinded for 100 Fell Bloods head back to class hall but NPC which should be downstairs doesn't appear for me on 2 characters (Mine and my girlfriend)

Guys I finally found the solution. Abandon all your class campaign quest, relog, then retake the quest and farm again. It should give you dummy quest to spawn the completion NPC. Works for me.

didnt work at all for me.I did it multiple time,after each fix, and still no npc to complete the quest.

thx to this my demon hunter is useless.great.
