[DUPLICATE] [Class Hall][Warlock] Empowering The Soul

Bug description: After "Tech It Up A Notch" quest fixed can't take "Empowering The Soul" quest. Because "Tech It Up A Notch " quest appeared in quest log again and can't complete it because already did it.Also class hall upgrade still progressing so can't upgrade. So can't talk with "Ritssyn Flamescowl" in class hall to take "Empowering The Soul" quest.

Tech it up a notch is retroactive now, it gets completed when you accept quest / relog, even if it visually shows 0/1

Shocker can't completed this quest without upgrade class hall. Because I already did quest than complete 5 or 6 steps in quest line.Than this quest appear again in quest log and can't complete. My class hall upgrade still need 1 day to finish.You are right when take this quest in first time no need to do anything to complite it.But it is different issue I already completed Tech It Up A Notch quest and it appeared in my quest log after fixing.

Same thing. Got the quest cant complete it. I reloged, deleted cashe folder, abandoned the quest COULDNT get it again, i reloged got the quest back but still cant complete it. Something is very wrong here
