Ai 14 ani..unde te grabesti ? Nutrientii care ii iei din mancare sunt arhi suficienti pentru tine...nu ai nevoie nici de vitamine(in cazul in care doctorul nu ti-a prescris anumite vitamine),nici de pudre proteice nici de creatina..toate sunt prelucrate chimic,nimic natural....o dieta echilibrata...legume,fructe si sursele consacrate de proteine :oua,carne,lactate...Si da...folosirea unei pudre proteice cateva luni nu o sa aibe efecte secundare imediate si vizibile...dar folosirea lor pe o perioada lunga iti va aduce probleme la diferite organe interne...sfatul meu e sa nu intrii in cercul asta pana abia dupa 18 ani cand o sa mai ai un pic discernamant si poti decide singur ce e mai bine pentru tine.......

Squat @ 130kg
Bench Press @ 100kg
