Bug description: Npc is supposed to sell all base legion recipes to start enchanting in legion even at level 1

here is the correct list of what she is supposed to currently be selling this is a verry huge problem for enchanters and new players alike for these recipes to be completely missing from the npc herself.

i havnt been posting for a +1 this post was burried under 3 other pages of posts its a stupidly important issue that needs to be fixed and has been reported multiple upon multiple times with no dev or GM comment on it at all i couldnt care less about the number of posts i have lol...
