We killed Glazor but he didnt give us credit on the mythic+ progress

Same thing happened to us, i don't know if it matters, but we went to glazer as 3rd boss, and if we would take the correct order he would have been the 4th.
Note that everytime we did VoW we went on the same exact order of the bosses.

Confirmed, same thing happened to me on votw +2. Potenial cause can be if you kill Glazer first and then Ashgolm.

Confirmed. I always do votw the same way and suddenly yesterday Glazer did not Count.
