Proof: Assassination
Agonizing Poison increases damage by 3.5% per stack (was 4%).

Be warned, with our current knowledge/tools, we cannot change the tooltip to be 3.5%. As far as I know, not even blizzard managed to properly fix the tooltip. But the actual value used in our calculations will now be 3.52% per stack.
