Some of these are correct, some are not. Lucky for you, I have a source I trust 100%, where I can check even these values (for hidden hotfix passive auras).
I was aware that some might be missing, but problem is, you cannot blindly apply these hotfix changes (who guarantees that blizzard did not make a stealth hotfix that did not make it to patch notes).

As I already said, some of these are actually correct, I checked both hotfix passives and your other reports related to spells.
Doom Vortex for example has 45% AP coefficient for us, you stated 33% increase, my trusted source uses 60% AP coefficiet (which is EXACTLY 33% buff).
Hailstorm for example has 28% AP coefficient for us, my source states 27% which is 1% nerf in total. This is why I can't take your word for granted when making these hotfixes. You got data from january, there were tons of balance hotfixes throughout february and march. Luckily, my source seems to contain data for the LATEST build of 7.1.5 complete with all hotfixes. I will go through all of these hotfixes passives and all the other topics you created, proof check all the values against my source and fix all of them like that.

You have played on ptr? Because also I know as Quicksand, most of them had been applied on ptr.

I'm asking because you made a lot of topics for some classes about those.

@Magicqtz you are not quite right. raven3 collected ALL the hotfixes EXCLUSIVELY for PvP. There were no hotfixes done to regular spells. He is mostly right, but there are some that differ from my source :-?

Thank you for your hard working. I think this should be prio for this server because affect more specs. Some specs are disadvantage and probably fixing this will help them.
