Bug description: Oke so, something strange happens with Execution Sentence during Crusade , making it hitting twice on a single apply on target. I must specify that it happens when your Crusade stacks are higher.
I tested it based on haste procent gave by Crusade's stacks, when having more than ~50% haste, Execution Sentence hits more than once..
I think it is modified by haste but when i tried with Drums of the Mountain + less stacks of Crusade to have >50% haste, i couldn't reproduce it (maybe i made it wrong).
So my guess is that it works making it dealing dmg twice on a single apply just by using Crusade's bonus haste.

Found that here Icy Retri Legion Guide 7.2.5 ( 7.1.5 @Freakz ) .

I'm not sure if the 7seconds debuff should be really reduced by haste. Found info's about that just on icy-veins guide.

So, if Execution Sentence's should be reduced by haste.We have some problems here:
1. Reduced time untill it deals dmg doesnt works at all. When i have >50% haste by Crusade it just hits twice, when i dont, it hits after ~7seconds.
2. Haste could be working somehow here but wrong, like, if haste>50% && Execution Sentence's debuff duration is still 7seconds, mathematically it should hit twice, but WoW is not just math .

I will test in the following days more things that could be affected by Crusade's stacks.

As you can see i had 63% haste and 12 stacks of crusade im guessing that it happens because you get a massive amount of haste making execution sentence to do the damage even if the debuf is still on the target. it happens every time
