I told you not to bother with PvP modifiers. It was implemented months ago (it won't show up for you on the site, you don't have access sadly to see those changes).

There is a guy that did the exact same thing as you did (called raven3): he went through each and every hotfix patchnotes, and collected all the PvP modifiers. Those are implemented 100%.
