Bug description: The damage taken from Necrotic Rot counts as self damage and will trigger passives such as trinkets (!) and talents (example: Galactic Guardian)
Proof:

^Ember of Nullification (trinket) silences me every 20 seconds

^Overall damage taken from self Moonfire. Almost as much as the whole Necrotic DoT.[/url]

Yes, its really annoying. It's a big thing especially that you can't get any heal due to the way of how necrotic works.
