Bug description: The quest to access my class artifact forge is not available from the correct quest giver (linked). Also, the quest to BEGIN the class hall campaign is not available either.

As an aside, I want to let anyone that suggests going to Dalaran to get the first campaign quest to stop giving me incorrect info. I tried this method with absolutely no fruitful results. Secondly, the quest giver is

Got the same problem with the mage campaign. The NPC in my class hall with the first quest has no quest for me. I even checked all quest givers from the first part of the quest line (in case that I already started it but didn't finish) but none of the NPCs had a quest.
Without help we wont get our 3rd relic slot.

I tried using the macro on my priest with a different quest ID (priest third campaign starting quest) but I have the same result with it

Bug description:I cant get any quest of my 3rd relic as u can see in the pictures i have sent in proof.i have done all the quest i got from the hall of guardian and now no more quest available but still didnt get my relic quest or followers can u please help out.i have walked around in dalanar like 2 hours but it didnt work for me please help.

To clarify, I did the artifact quest when it was first released, "Fangs of Ashamane" thing that gave all artifacts on completion.
