Bug description: Wild imps do very low damage in battleground and arena, and they doesn't benefit the haste buff from Demonic empowerment (they are casting much slower then they should). I saw viedos on youtube, imps hit about 20K crits and 10 K noncrits.

Mastery is not working so imps are dealing low dmg.
