[FIXED] [Warrior][Arms] Bladestorm

Bug description: The dmg is too high.
Proof: As you can see in the link, at 18:45 he has defence stance, he use colossus smash and after bladestorm and hits of bladestorm were almost 100k non crit and 135k crit.

On freakz we have this situation in same instance tested, with def stance, he use colossus smash and after bladestorm:

As you can see the dmg is around 125k non crit and 180k crit.


The video is up to date to our patch 7.1.5 late, you can see the date.
Both were in instance that no one has def cd on them and both are leather wearer.

yep.
Don't know if it's overall arms damage or only bladestorm... but bladestorm clearly does more damage than it should.

at 6:37 the warr does bladestom with avatar on the enhance shamy (shamy doesn't have any dmg reduction) - and it does 65k noncrit.
In a previous arena today..an arms warrior did on my partner (who is a unh dk .. so it should take less damage than a enhance shamy) with avatar - 127k noncrit.

The warr didn;t have colossus smash dmg increase on the shamy.. but I really doublt that colossus would increase the damage by 100%
So it's pretty clear..

*note: the low minimum damage on the recount are because my partner often used https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=207319 (wowhead link) 90% dmg reduction to prevent some damage.

I did a test today with a lvl 100 trial character on a arcane mage(5% dmg reduction from armor) in challenge arena.
So the tooltip showed 103.5k dmg http://imgur.com/a/zyp4Z
But the actual dmg I did was higher http://imgur.com/a/JlAVZ 150k with one crit.
that was with no burst or colossus smah
if we would use the average noncrit - 20k the total value for bladestorm would be 20k x 7 = 140k
SO it's 103k vs 140k - that's an increase of ~ 40%
( not counting the 5% decrease from armor)

My weapon dmg is :http://imgur.com/a/HxH6c with a middle value of ~6200

Gamepedia says that the damage should be https://wow.gamepedia.com/Bladestorm 1099% of weapon damage physical damage over 6 sec.
That would mean for an average 6200 : 68200 over 6 seconds or 68200/7 = 9742 per tick (in my test it did an average of 20k per tick)

they say the formula is :Damage
= WeaponDamage(false, true, true) * 1.45 * 1.5
that means 6200 x 1.45 x 1.5 = 13485 per tick
meaning 13485 x 7 = 94395 per full duration. this is very close to the tooltip 103k.. but still the actual dmg is way higher ~140k

You don't understand..you have multipliers for spells in PvP and preset template, PvE is different from PvP...

I think there should be done a guide in the future for every player...how 70% of the server is PvE, for sure most of them don't know that in legion PvP (that means arena/bg) is another "world" of PvE..like this guy
