[REJECTED] Confrontation at the Black Temple

Bug description: quest Confrontation at the Black Temple seems to be bugged for me.
I except the quest and Matron opens up a portal.I click on it and i get stuck at loading screen.
I try Alt+F4 and log back in to find out I'm in Mardum,at DH starting place? I tried to abandon the quest and redo it,but its the same story again and again.

That ^ happens when the bosses are in combat.

Try after server restart or open a ticket in game.

I tried more than 20 times,plus i did open a ticked and your staff,or whatever it is ingame,replied me to post a thread here.
Fix your stuff!

The problem still persists,but.....! I managed somehow to complete the quest after 6 days of no loggin' in with my Demon Hunter.
Upon login,after those 6 days,I find my DH at Black Temple - thank GOD !
I completed the quest successfully.....BUT....!
Mother Matron still has that quest ONE MORE TIME for me !
So....I take it and try to complete it - guess what !? Yeah,still the same - i hop into the gate and,voalla - stuck at load screen.Alt+F4,login - I'm at DH starting place ! Deja Vu !

My question here is: Are you gonna fix that thing,or you just don't give a .... ?
