When does Legion server migration will be available?

So im playing on a different private server...but its not the best, so i would like to migrate my char here.
I have now a enhancement shaman on that server, but i would like to start a paladin here, and can i do this?

We will probably have migrations open for the Legion realm at some point, but we don't know when. When they will be open, you will be open to do what you asked, if you meet the requirements.

I'm hoping very soon (max 1-2 weeks). I'd do it now but it requires a lot of preparation and we're still overwhelmed by things to do
