Bug description: Frostbolt and Ebonbolt should benefit from shatter,how should work:Flurry applied THe Winter Chill debuff,if you Frostbolt -> Flurry, the Frostbolt will gain the benefit of Shatter if you are further than 23 yards from the target due to travel speeds,same for Ebonbolt.This it`s a huge dps loss for frost mages.

You can shatter icebolt and il each time so that part is invalid, however you cant ebonbolt, atleast not each time sometimes you can. There are few problems with brain freeze proc there is some delay when you get the proc easiest way to see this is when you have brain freeze proc and you start casting ebonbolt you get 2nd brain freeze but there is delay there is also delay when you fire free flurry and thats the reason you cant shatter ebonbolt. Another thing i have wa that is tracking how many il i shatter after brain freeze, its not working at all i use that wa on retail and its working perfectly so there must something wrong here i dont know what.

fronzen targets means only targets that are rooted in ice nova or frost nova, not the one affected by slows.Also in legion i think the bonus crit chance is appliet on hit rather than on cast like it was previously.I played frost on ptr and i remember doing ebonbolt -> ice nova and the ebonbolt would always benefit from shatter

@ionci On this patch you cant shatter glacial spike, but you could and should ebonbolt.
@foxed i am sorry but you dont know basics of the spec

Fixed so that if you are further than 15 yards from your target when casting flurry, you will be able to shatter both ebonbolt and frostbolt
