Shadow Priest possible mastery bug?

Hello everyone, i have a shadow priest and after playing it for a while i noticed something sorta weird, specifically the damage of the class. The reason why i'm not posting on bug report but here is the fact that i'm not in fact sure if a bug is in place but let's go with order, my char is item level 845, i have 2 golden traits (missing only sphere of insanity) and i currently have 79% mastery and i'm pulling around 140-150k dps. To give some context, yes i'm using a proper talent build for single target, yes i know the proper rotation and the damage tasting has been done in SW training dummy. The general feeling is the damage being low, actually, lower that it should. I playied on retail during this patch and the shadow priest, expecially with high amounts of mastery, was pulling quite a bit more dps with that item level. I know that the main stats its Haste for the spriest but having around 20% of it i don't see it being the cause of the lack of damage, therefore the first thought that came into my mind is mastery, pheraps, being bugged or not working as intended. At this point however not knowing how to proper testing this theory i came here asking to the good spriest community here if i'm in fact the only one that thinks shadow priest is doing less than it should, no matter if its actually the mastery or not, if you think the spec has some problems please post what you got down here, maybe by working together we could actually find something out and eventually make then a proper bug report supported by proofs. This is something I've been trying to work my head around for awhile. Damage is lower then it should be for shadow. I've just been trying to think of ways to go about poking at the issue to prove it. I'm not sure if it's a coefficient issue, a stat issue, or broken multipliers. I can confirm that I've had a similar feeling to you. Discipline also feels underwhelming in a similar gear set that I had on live, at least damage wise. I played priest from 7.0.5, to 7.2, so maybe I'll dig into it sometime, and try and figure out what the difference is.

I don't know.I deal good damage on my shadow priest ,but i heard others saying that mastery could be bugged for us.
Try getting those 4k crit 10k haste that are core to us,after that you should really see an increase.At least that's how it went for me.

If i take a look at this https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/10#boss=1853&&bracket=14&&class=Priest&&spec=Shadow&&partition=2&&difficulty=4 and then i watch the damage spriests does here it's obvious that there is something wrong it it, and those are not simulations or simcrafts but actual in game logs.
