[PvP] Battlegrounds rewards on loss

Bug description: Battlegrounds should reward players with 75 honor and Artifact Power upon losing + a (lower) chance of getting a gear piece.
Haven't tested the 75 honor but I surely never got artifact power (or gear) from losing a BG.

Half true. You can get piece of gear, but you don't receive artifact power right now.

As Amnezx stated, the gear part works fine. Its just the AP rewards that seem to not be able to pop up in such scenarios, which isnt that big of a deal, but still, a bug confirmed.
