Confirm , char name : Olimpico .
Yesterday ilvl was 882 with 4032k HP , today only 3928k HP and 878 ilvl with same gear, 3rd relic slot with 885 arcane warforged relic

I found the most likely issue, please retest now (fix is live) and give feedback
