Bug description: You cannot place the work order for the Horn of War (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140157) from Matilda Skoptidottir (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=111774&&name=matilda-skoptidottir) even though you unlocked that tier. Nothing happens when you interact with her

This is current situation, Demonia Pickerin (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=113371/demonia-pickerin) is not even here so you can't complete the quest for it (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=44227/unleashing-our-wrath).
