[REJECTED] Artifact weapons stuck in bank...

Bug description: Recently got the artifact weapons on a new character. I switched specs and decided to put the other weapons in bank. Now I can't retrieve either of them from bank. It just tells me "These items can't be swapped." and is bank-locked. This hasn't happened on other chars for me, but I've heard other people have had artifact boosts also stuck. I've tried switching specs in bank tab, nothing seems to work... I hope I don't have to make a new char -

FIXED - Somehow as Elemental, I had a different shield equipped than the artifact one. Took that off and it unlocked all my weapons. -
