Bug description: All rank 2 recipes for flasks should have 100% drop rate.

Same for all the rank 2 recipes for enchanting, if you have rank 1 recipe, rank 2 has supposed to be 100% drop rate.

I would like to bring to your attention the fallowing problem:
Latosius drops the Recipe: Flask of the Whispered Pact but on our server, at the end of the dungeon, the loot is set for Dantalionax which makes the drop of the recipe imposible.
You can either change the recipe to drop from Dantelionax or make a chest or something that includes both latosius and dantelionax loot after you complete the last boss "event"

Also, if you're already on it, you could also check the discovery part for rank 3 flasks, if you have the time ofcourse.

Fixed Rank 2 + Rank 3 discovery. You have 5% chance to discover Rank3 recipe by creating Rank2 items. (only for Alchemy for the moment)
