Description: Haste affects retribution's global cooldown on freakz differently than it did on retail on patch 7.1.5 . Also, the same thing applies from protection spec.
Retail:7287haste = 19,43% haste = 1.00sec global cooldown.
Freakz:8391haste = 22,38% haste = 1.23sec global cooldown.

How it should work, most probably, default global cooldown is 1.00sec and haste should not reduce it. Besides that, haste should work as it does right now.

Default GCD is 1.5 s and base stat haste should reduce it to maximum of 1 second as seen in your screenshot from retail

I don't know if the base GCD for rets should be 1s or the reduction value from Haste should be higher

@seyrox, how do you explain that the guy in the video has 1 sec gcd.
Also, without solid proof for it(like a character sheet), if you look at other videos of ret paladins on 7.1.5, they all have less then 25% haste and have noticeably lower gcd than 1.2 sec.

the base gcd on blizz for ret paladin is 1.5
and the haste reduction part is working fine
how to calculate the gcd reduction (1.5/(1+(total haste rating/100))
example your haste
22.38/100+1=1.2238
1.5/1.2238=1.225
So is working ok
you will need a total of 50% haste to make your gcd 1 sec wich is obtainable but at higher ilvl's
