Bug description: The stacks shouldn't drop immediately to 0 after you get far enough of the DK, it should lose a stack every (i think it is 5 seconds)
Proof: This is a twitch clip from today's Asmongold stream its 7.2.5 but that talent never had any changes on this particular effect as far as i know
