Hello,

I'm farming pieces of armor for transmog, but some of them are not being added to my appearances. I equip the piece but after that it doesn't appear in my appearances book or in the transmogrifier and when I put my mouse over the item it says I haven't collected the appearance.

Delete " Cache " folder and restart WoW. It should fix the problem.
