WoW Freakz spell link: Bloodthirst
Bug description: Bloodthirst sometime has no cooldown(3.82 sec) and you can spam it 24/7 - It happens in Arena/World PVP/BG/

I was able to spam it at 100% HP in arena

the target must be low not you for slaughterhouse to work

It's because of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199204 (wowhead link).
The lower your target is the lower Bloodthirst cd is.
If the target is at 1% HP like the training dumy than bloodthirst doesn't have any cd.
